Try before you buy

Every product comes with a full 90-day free trial, so you can be sure it's right for you before you pay. We recommend trying it first.

Requesting a refund

If a purchase isn't right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Because Paddle is our authorised reseller and merchant of record, refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.

To request one, contact us with your order details (the receipt Paddle emailed you), or reply to that Paddle receipt.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the associated licence key is deactivated and the product returns to trial mode.
